Shipping Rates & Delivery Terms (South Africa)

We offer competitive delivery rates across South Africa, with FREE delivery for orders of R1500 or higher.
Orders under R1500 are charged a flat-fee delivery rate of R99.
We aim to deliver the orders in the quickest possible time.
Most of our deliveries take place within 24 to 48 hours.
However, things do happen that are outside of our control, so please always allow up to 5 working days for your delivery to reach you.
Deliveries over the “festive period” (Christmas & New Year’s) & Easter holidays can be delayed due to the nationwide annual shutdowns and / or skeleton staff working during these periods.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel.

Late deliveries

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act") entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in our Delivery Policy. Should you choose to cancel an order which has not been received within our delivery times, items either need to be:

not accepted and returned with the courier / transporter upon delivery; or
if already received, returned to Maru Clothing (Pty) Ltd in their original state (refer to the Returns & Refund Policy)

Stock Shortages

Temporarily unavailable

We will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for such longer period for delivery, or accept delivery of another product instead, Maru Clothing (Pty) Ltd will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product.

Discontinued / Permanently unavailable

We will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product instead, Maru Clothing (Pty) Ltd will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option for a credit voucher to an amount equal to the price paid for the product.
