SHIPPING
Most of our deliveries take place within 24 to 48 hours.
However, things do happen that are outside of our control, so please always allow up to 5 working days for your delivery to reach you.
Deliveries over the festive period (Christmas & New Year’s) & Easter period can be delayed due to the annual shutdowns and / or skeleton staff working during these periods.
Spend over R1000 and get free shipping.
Orders under R1000 are charged a flat-fee delivery rate of R99.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel via the courier's website.
All gift cards are virtual and will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout.
If it is a gift for someone, you'll have the option to add their name and email address when you select the denominations. You'll also be able to select the date when they should receive their email with the voucher details.
No, all orders are distributed via our logistics partner.
RETURNS
We offer FREE returns and refunds
We only allow one exchange per garment, otherwise we charge R125 handling fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please make sure to read our Returns & Refund Policy before purchasing.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if a return is made on a promotional product (i.e. sales).
No cash refunds on sale products.
If you’re returning a sale product, the reduced price paid at the time of the transaction will be credited back to you in the form of a voucher (validity period – 36 months)

PAYMENT
We accept credit card payments from Visa or MasterCard through the payment platform which is integrated into the website.
We have also teamed up with PayJustNow to allow you to pay for your order over 3 equal payments.
You can also pay via Instant EFT, just choose the bank deposit option when placing your order and the steps to complete your order will follow.
The discount code must be entered in the ‘apply discount’ box at the checkout stage of your purchase, then click ‘apply’. If the promotion has applied, it will be visible in your updated cart total.
Please note only one promotion can be entered per transaction.
